The biggest benefits of a pellet grill versus other types of grills are superior flavor and ease of use. A pellet grill automatically does all the work and makes it pretty easy to be a barbecue expert with little effort. A main benefit is that pellet grills are “plug and play,” meaning that after you load the pellets into a hopper and set the desired temperature with the turn of a dial. The rest of the process is relatively hands-off. Plus, you get wood smoked flavor that you just can’t get from a gas or propane grill. Bottom line - you can cook like a pit master with very little effort.
