Ingredients

5-7lb Top Round Beef Roast, sliced into 1 ½ inch steaks

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

¼ Cup vegetable oil (high flash point)

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 bag of Manchester Barbecue Pellets

Instructions

Slice roast into steaks. Be sure to cube any irregular pieces of beef, which can be used later, to make beef stew or soup.

Combine marinade ingredients, then place steaks and marinade into a Ziplock  plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake it up to spread the marinade evenly over the beef steaks. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat pellet grill to 225F, then place steaks on the grill for about 1 ½ hours or until the internal temperature of the steak reaches 120F. Increase the heat to 400F and if you have the option to use direct flame, broil steaks over direct flame for a few minutes, until the desired temperature is reached (140F for medium, 150F for medium well).

Remove from heat, place in a stainless steel pot and cover for 10 minutes. By letting the meat rest, it will become tender. Enjoy!
